Ingredients
4 c Cooked chicken, diced Lettuce, or cabbage leaves
1 c Celery, chopped
1 c Pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cn (1lb) chinese vegetables,
-drained
1 bn Scallions, sliced
1 c Cranberry sauce (jellied or -whole berry)
1 c Prepared low calorie Italian-style dressing

In a large bowl, mix chicken, celery, pineapple,
chinese vegetables and
scallions. Spoon mixture innto salad bowl lined with lettuce
leaves. In a
small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and dressing until smooth
and well
blended. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat all pieces.

serving. Approx 164 calories per serving.
